What may have been the coolest part of All Star Weekend

Of course the game was a blast. And traveling to Tokyo was definitely the experience of a lifetime. But seeing your fiance sold in souvenir form,  was definitely a “pinch me” moment.
Everyone, meet Nathan, the action figure!

Pretty good right? Although the hair is a little dark, they covered every detail right down to the scruff!
And Nathan, along with the rest of Team West, as a sticker:
Can you tell which one he is? I had to cheat and look at the numbers on the uniforms but you cant see them in the picture so no cheating for yall! I will help you out by narrowing it down to 2.
Hmmmm, this could really go either way. Final guesses, right or left??
………….
WINNER! Nathan on the right! Who knew Nathan had so much texture in his hair.

BJ League All Star Game: The Main Event

I had a great time at All Star weekend! It was an awesome experience to meet alot of Japanese players from other teams! The guys on Team West were really great. The whole experience from the travel to Tokyo, the uniform (that I get to keep), and the actual game itself was just awesome! Jacy got some really great pictures of the game and of all the festivities that took place! Getting to be apart of All Star weekend was a huge blessing and something that I will never forget!

Me and the all star! He had to literally run off the court to come get a picture with me, the only time we saw each other all day.

BJ League All Star Game: Pre Game Festivities

Look who I ran into!
Tokyo Hooters Girls!
Winner of the 3 point contest
Pre-game entertainment. There were a ton of very diverse dance groups that performed leading up to the game. Everything from hip hop, to cheerleaders, to traditional Japanese song and dance.
A huge Micheal Jackson tribute with kids of all ages.
We got to watch a live wedding proposal! She said yes!
Up next, the Slam Dunk Contest! One of Nathan’s teammates from Evessa competed. In round 1 he dressed as a famous Japanese cartoon character  and for round 2 he dunked over the Tokyo Tower. He was definitely the most entertaining, but he ended up finishing in second place.
The winner!
Up next: The East vs. West BJ League All Star Game!
